All monies. Master charge 1)all the rights and interest of the company under each deposited agreement as defined in the charge. 2)All monies now or hereafter to become payable under each such deposited agree- ment. 3)The benefit of all guaranntees indem- nities negotiable instruments and securities taken by the company in connection with any such deposited agreement and the benefit of all insurances effected by the company or by the company's customers pursuant to the terms of any such deposited agreement in respect of the goods comprised therein.
