The premises are sub- ject to various commercial sub-leases. 2. all that and those the premises situate and known as "the regal", bridge street, portadown being leasehold pro- perty held under a lease dated 7/12/32 between john davison of the one part and regal theatres of the other part for a term of 900 years from 1/5/32 subject to an annual rent of #140.00. the premises are subject to various commercial sub- leases. To hold the premises of freehold tenure for the term of 1000 years from the date hereof and to hold the premises of lease hold tenure for the residue of the res- pective terms of years (less the last day of such term) and subject to the proviso for redemption.
