All monies. Mortgage 1. the freehold hereditaments and pre- mises situate at and presently known as no 75A belfast road, carrickfergus, co. Antrim being all the lands comprised in land registry folio nos AN26950 and an 27138 county antrim. 2. all that piece or parcel of land of west division situate in the townland of west division, carrickfergus, parish of st nicholas otherwise carrickfergus barony of carrickfergus or lower belfast and county of antrim more particularly shown in the plan thereof attached to a conveyance dated 1/12/95 and lay between fortfield motors (carrickfergus) limited (1) and the mortgagor (2) and thereon coloured red and which said premises now form part of no 75A belfast rd, carrick- fergus county antrim. 3. there shall be included in said charge all buildings erections fixtures fittings and fixed plant and machinery for the time being thereon or to be erected thereon or fixed to or incorp- orated in all buildings erected or to be erected on the above premises and all improvements and additions thereto. 4. all licences or certificates held in connection with the above premises and all compensation which may become pay- able in respect thereof or the non- renewal thereof subject to redemption upon payment of the whole debt.
