Further mortgage charge 1. part of the lands of taughrane parish of magheralin barony of iveagh lower upper half county down. 2. the lands comprised in folio nos 2147, 2148, 2149, 9316, 33001 and 35034 county down. 3. the undertaking of the company and all its property whatsoever and whereso- ever both present and future including the uncalled capital of the company for the time being if any. The company is precluded from creating without the written consent of the mortgagee any mortgage charge on lien on any of its property or assets ranking in priority to this security to or pari passu therewith save as therein provided.
