Short particulars
By way of legal mortgage the property. By way of fixed charge all plant fixtures (including tenant's and trade fixtures) and all machinery fittings equipment and wet and dry stock from time to time on the property. The goodwill of the business now and hereafter carried on at the property and the benefit of the justices excise and other licences held in connection therewith. By way of fixed charge the book and other debts of the business carried on at the property and all other interests of the company therein.
