Brief description
Number 9 films salt path limited (the “producer”) as a continuing security (but only insofar as it owns such rights) hereby:-. 5.1 assigns absolutely to film finances inc all present and future rights, title and interest of the producer in the “film” (as defined by the deed instrument dated 7TH june 2023 (the “deed”))) and all other written (including any scripts) and musical matter embodied or to be embodied or used in the film or acquired in connection with its production and the negative and prints thereof and all rights of representing, exploiting and exhibiting the same;. 5.2 charges in favour of film finances inc with the payment and discharge of the secured sums (as defined by the deed) by way of first fixed charge all present and future property acquired for the production of the film; and. 5.3 charges in favour of film finances inc with the payment and discharge of the secured sums by way of first floating charge the whole of the producer’s undertaking and assets, wheresoever and whatsoever, present and future other than any assets for the time being effectively assigned or charged to the film finances inc pursuant to any section of the deed.
