Brief description
All new english real property owned by it (as specified in schedule 2 of the fifth supplemental obligor deed of charge) is subject to a first legal mortgage and all other new english real property owned by it or acquired by it in the future is subject to a first equitable charge. All of its rights in respect of any intellectual property (as defined in the fifth supplemental obligor deed of charge) are charged by way of a first fixed charge.
