Brief description
As a continuing security for the discharge and punctual payment of the secured obligations and with full title guarantee, the chargor: charges to the chargee by way of legal mortgage all the freehold and leasehold property now vested in or charged to the chargor, including the property specified in the schedule, being all that freehold property known as orchard works, brimscombe, stroud, GL6 2SU (land registry reference GR167009).. As a continuing security for the discharge and punctual payment of the secured obligations and with full title guarantee, the chargor: charges to the chargee by way of fixed charge all estates or interests in any freehold and leasehold property now and in the future vested in or charged to the chargor, except the property charged by clause 3.1; and charges by way of fixed charge all choses, in action, claims and intellectual property rights (including contract rights in patents, inventions, copyrights, design rights, trademarks, service marks, database rights, confidential information, know-how, domain names and business names) of the chargor (present and future)..
