The chargor charges, in favour of the lender, as a security for the payment of all the secured liabilities, with full title guarantee in accordance with the law of property (miscellaneous provisions) act 1994, by way of legal mortgage all estates or interests in the freehold property, being penrhyn, cromwell road, wisbech, PE14 0RG and land on the east side of cromwell, wisbech and registered at the land register with title numbers CB208040 and CB254227.. The chargor charges, in favour of the lender, as a security for the payment of all the secured liabilities, with full title guarantee in accordance with the law of property (miscellaneous provisions) act 1994, (to the extent that they are not subject of a legal mortgage under the preceding provisions of the charging document) by way of fixed charge all estates or interests in the property being penrhyn, cromwell road, wisbech, PE14 0RG and land on the east side of cromwell, wisbech and registered at the land register with title numbers CB208040 and CB254227; and any intellectual property relating to any business carried on by the chargor at the property.. The chargor charges, in favour of the lender, as a security for the payment of all the secured liabilities, with full title guarantee in accordance with the law of property (miscellaneous provisions) act 1994, by way of equitable mortgage, all equitable interests in the property being penrhyn, cromwell road, wisbech, PE14 0RG and land on the east side of cromwell, wisbech and registered at the land register with title numbers CB208040 and CB254227.which now or may in the future belong to the chargor (including for the avoidance of doubt the right to receive a transfer, or to direct the transfer, of any shares or membership rights which the chargor holds in any company or association connect with the property)..
