All estates or interests in any freehold or leasehold property now or subsequently owned by the chargor (including all buildings, fixtures, fittings and fixed plant and machinery on that property and the benefit of any covenants for title given or entered into by any predecessor in title of the chargor in respect of that property or any moneys paid or payable in respect of those covenants).. Any patents, trade marks, service marks, designs, business names, copyrights, database rights, design rights, domain names, moral rights, inventions, confidential information, knowhow and other intellectual property rights and interests (which may now or in the future subsist), whether registered or unregistered and the benefit of all applications and rights to use such assets of the chargor and any subsidiaries of the chargor (which may now or in the future subsist).
