The land shown edged red on the plan 1 attached to this deed comprising:. 1. part of the freehold land known as land on the north side of tile works lane, rettendon common, chelmsford as is registered at the land registry under title number EX399894;. 2. part of the freehold land known as land on the west side of the A130, east hanningfield as is registered at the land registry under title number EX726929;. 3. all of the freehold land that is more particularly described in a transfer dated 11 march 2021 made between (1) janet lepley and (2) the mortgagor, now registered at the land registry under title number AA23979; and. 4. all of the unregistered land which is currently subject to an application for first registration submitted by the mortgagor, as shown coloured blue on plan 2.
