The chargor charges by way of first legal mortgage all of the english charged land and all other real property now vested in the chargor and the proceeds of sale of all or any part thereof. For further detail please see clause 3.1(a) (fixed charge) of the debenture.. The chargor charges by way of first fixed charge all its present and future patents, registered trademarks and registered designs (if any) including applications for any of the same in any part of the world and including, without limitation, the patents, registered designs and trademarks specified in schedule 4 (registered intellectual property rights).
