With full title guarantee and as confirming security for the liability owing to the charger by the company the following charges:. 1. by way of legal mortgage and by way of fixed charge all the freehold and leasehold property of the company including land on the west side of oughterside house oughterside wigton CA7 2PT registered with freehold title number CU300618 together with all buildings fixtures plant and machinery now or subsequently annexed to the property.. 2. by way of fixed charge all interest not effectively charged by 1) above now or subsequently belonging to the company over land, proceeds of sale and all licences and the benefit of all other agreement relating to land and all trade and tenant's fixtures plant and machinery.. 3. by way of fixed charge all the goodwill and uncalled capital of the company and all stocks shares and other securities now or subsequently owned by the company (in law or equity) and all rights and claims under all policies of insurance held now or subsequently.. 4. by way of fixed charge all book and other debts of the company and all rights and claims of the company against any third parties now or subsequently existing.. 5. by way of floating charge all of the assets of the company whatsoever and wheresoever not effectively charged by the preceding description.
