Brief description
All patented and patentable designs and inventions, all provisional applications and all issuances, divisions, continuations, continuations-in-part, reissues, extensions, reexaminations and renewals of such patents and applications to the extent owned by fitlinxx inc. And constituting an acquired asset (as defined in the security agreement), and sold, transferred, conveyed and delivered to lumriadx UK limited by fitlinxx inc. Pursuant to the purchase agreement (as defined in the security agreement), including, without limitation those set forth in schedule 1 of the security agreement, and all proceeds of any patents (as defined in the security agreement), but excluding the excluded property (as defined in the security agreement).
