Freehold and leasehold land both present and future including leasehold property known as first floor, 20 hardwicks square, london SW18 4JS as the same is more particularly described in and demised by a lease dated 5 november 2013 made between oystercatcher nominees limited and oystercatcher residential limited (1) and hardwicks trading LLP (2) and any patents, trade marks, service marks, designs, business names, copyrights, design rights, moral rights, inventions, confidential information, know-how and other intellectual property rights and interests, whether registered or unregistered, the benefit of all applications and rights to use such assets, in each case now and in the future owned by the company (or in which the company has an interest), and in relation to any business, undertaking, property, assets, revenues, rights and uncalled capital belonging to the company or to which the company is or may become entitled or in which the company may have an interest in (an “asset”) (a) the proceeds of sale of any part of that asset (b) all rights under any licence, agreement for sale or agreement for lease in respect of that asset (c)all rights, powers, benefits, claims, contracts, warranties, guarantees, remedies, security, indemnities or covenants for title in respect of that asset (d) and any moneys and proceeds paid or payable in respect of that asset.
