The property, assets, rights and interests of the chargor (whether present or future) which are referred to and charged and assigned to the chargee in clause 3 of the charge document or to be charged or assigned or each or any of them or part thereof under the charge, including the film and all underlying rights on which the film is based and all property, assets, rights and interests of the chargor which are charged or to be charged under the charge in favour of the chargee and all other property and assets which at any time are or are required to be charged in favour of the chargee under the charge.
