(B) the proceeds of the sale of any part of that property and any other monies paid or payable in respect of or in connection with that property,. (C) the benefit of any covenants for title given, or entered into, by any predecessor in title of the company in respect of that property, and any monies paid or payable in respect of those covenants, and. (D) all rights under any licence, agreement for sale or agreement for lease in respect of that property.
