All intellectual property rights being all patents, supplementary protection certificates, utility models, registered and unregistered trade and service marks, copyright, database rights, registered and unregistered rights in designs and, in each case, any extensions and renewals and any applications in respect of these rights together with the benefit of all agreements and licences now or in the future enjoyed by the chargor relating to the use of these rights and all trade secrets, confidential information and know-how.
