Brief description
All of the company's present and future patents, trade marks, service marks, trade names, designs, copyrights (including software) data base rights, design rights, domain names, moral rights, inventions, topographical or similar rights, confidential information, know-how and other intellectual property rights and interests and any interest in any of these rights, whether or not registered, including all applications and rights to apply for registration and rights to use any such property or interest and all fees, royalties, licences, agreements and any other rights derived from, or incidental to, these rights ("intellectual property"), provided that until the security interest constituted by this deed has been enforced, the company shall be permitted to license, deal (including by putting source code into escrow) and otherwise exploit the intellectual property and any licenses relating to any third party intellectual property in the ordinary course of its business.
