The property charged and assigned by the funding 1 deed of charge dated 28 november 2006 remains charged and assigned but by virtue of the supplemental funding 1 deed of charge the original funding 1 deed of charge has been amended to include the amendments contained in schedule 1 and schedule 2 including those specified in schedule 3 hereto.
