All of the chargor's rights and interests in (I) any know-how, patent, trade mark, service mark, design, business name, topographical or similar rights and (ii) a lease of premises at part ground, first and second floors, and the whole of the third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth, tenth and the airspace above the tenth floors at the hilton hotel, lakeside way, wembley HA9 0BU dated 25 november between dnic wembley propco S.A.R.l and wembley (hotel trading) limited for a term of five years commencing on 25 november 2015, as amended on 20 november 2020 pursuant to which such lease was extended until 25 november 2025.
