Brief description
(First) all and whole the subjects known as and forming courtyard cottage 11, the highland club, st benedicts abbey, fort augustus, inverness-shire, PH32 4DE, which subjects comprise (primo) all and whole the dwellinghouse comprising the ground floor and first floor premises, the interior layout of which is shown coloured and outlined pink on the ground floor plan section and first floor plan section respectively of the plan titled plan 1 annexed and executed as relative hereto ("plan l") and includes, for the avoidance of doubt, the whole of the exterior walls (and to the mid-point of any wall which is mutual with an adjoining cottage), windows and doors and the roof relative thereto and the solum beneath such dwellinghouse, which dwellinghouse is located within the building shown coloured and outlined dark blue on the plan titled plan 2 annexed and executed as relative hereto ("plan 2") and (secundo) all and whole the patio area of ground shown coloured lilac and outlined purple on the ground floor plan section of plan 1, and shown coloured and outlined in light blue on plan 2; and (second) all and whole the car parking space shown coloured and outlined red on plan 2; which subjects hereby disponed form part and portion of the area or piece of ground known as and forming fort augustus abbey, fort augustus, inverness-shire and registered in the land register of scotland under title number INV5133; together with (one) the whole buildings and erections thereon (two) the fittings and fixtures therein and thereon (three) the parts, privileges and pertinents thereof (four) the whole rights common, mutual and exclusive effeiring thereto and (five) the chargor's whole right, title and interest, present and future, therein and thereto.
