Short particulars
By way of a first fixed charge all rights in respect of each of the programme assets, all book and other debts in relation to the programme being the single tv documentary series entitled "road warriors", all other moneys due in connection with the programme, all equipment plant and machinery acquired in connection with the programme, all rights in respect of each insurance policy, benefit of any authorisation held in connection with the use of any asset required for the production of the programme, by way of first floating charge all of the assets.
