Brief description
The company with full title guarantee charges to the lenders, by way of first fixed charge:. (A) all properties (as defined in the debenture) acquired by the company in the future;. (B) all present and future interests of the company not effectively mortgaged or charged under the preceding provisions of clause 3 of the debenture in, or over, freehold or leasehold property;. (C) all present and future rights, licences, guarantees, rents, deposits, contracts, covenants and warranties relating to each property (as defined in the debenture);. (D) all licences, consents and authorisations (statutory or otherwise) held or required in connection with the company's business or the use of any secured asset (as defined in the debenture), and all rights in connection with them;. (E) all of the company's uncalled capital;. (F) all of the equipment (as defined in the debenture);. (G) all of the company's intellectual property (as defined in the debenture);. (H) all of the company's book debts (as defined in the debenture);. (I) all of the company's investments (as defined in the debenture); and. (J) all monies from time to time standing to the credit of its accounts with any bank, financial institution or other person.. Notification of addition to or amendment of charge.
