All monies due or to become due from the borrowers, the security parties or any of them to the chargee under the terms of the aforementioned instrument creating or evidencing the charge

All of the secured property being all rights title interest and benefits whatsoever of the borrowers under or in connection with the master agreement including without limitation all moneys payable by the lender to the borrowers thereunder and all claims for damages in respect of any breach by the lender of the master agreement.
