First fixed and floating charge of all the company's right, title and interest in all copies of a film provisionally entitled "tempesta" (the film) and associated material, all sums relating to or derived from the film standing from time to time to the account of the company in any bank account relating to the film, all other rights and properties acquired by the company in connection with the film and the proceeds of any of the foregoing.
