See clause 3 of the instrument for full details of property to be secured to include: by way of legal mortgage the property known as fairland house, station road, attleborough, norwich, NR17 2AS; all estates or interests in any freehold and/or leasehold property and all buildings, fixtures, fixed plant and machinery from time to time; all properties currently held by the borrower or acquired by the borrower in the future; all balances standing to the credit of any current, deposit or other account of the borrower; all stocks, shares and other securities both now and in the future; all goodwill and uncalled capital both now and in the future; all plant, machinery, vehicles, computers, office and other equipment; the undertaking and all property and assets of the company both present and future.
