The right title and interest in the shares being the 500 shares with a par value EUR25 following exchange, merger, consolidation or otherwise and generally all such stock and shares in the capital of the company now or at ant time hereafter owned by the pledgor and except as otherwise provided in the share pledge agreement the dividends or interest thereon redemption distribution bonus preference option rights or otherwise to or in respect of any of the shares.
