All those two pieces of land at willow grove (wixams village 2) elstow, bedfordshire identified edged red on plan 1 being part of the land described in the transfer of even date with this charge made between the mortgagors (1) bdw trading limited (2) ("the transfer") together with the rights specified in part 1 of schedule 2 of the legal mortgage but excepting and reserving the rights set out in part 2 schedule 2 of the legal mortgage (the exceptions and reservations being for the benefit of the retained land) but subject in both instances to the provisions of part 3 of schedule 2 of the legal mortgage.
