All monies due or to become due from each of the customers to the chargee under the terms of the aforementioned instrument creating or evidencing the charge
Short particulars
By way of a first ranking right of pledge, any and all present and future claims of the customers on the bank arising from or in connection with the accounts. 'Accounts' means the bank accounts held with the bank in the name of the customers, which shall be denominated in such currencies as each of the customers shall elect, provided such currencies shall at all times be freely convertible into us dollars.
