Amount secured
All monies due or to become due from the company to the chargee as bank, as hedging counterparty and as security trustee (acting on its behalf and its capacity as trustee) together with their respective successors, assigns and permitted transferees (the "secured beneficiaries") in respect of the bank's financing documents (as defined in the credit agreement of even date) on any account whatsoever.
