Amount secured
The principal sum of forty three million united states dollars (USD43,000,000) of which fifty per cent (50%) shall be denominated in euro and any other sums whatsoever owned by the company to the chargee under a loan agreement dated 16 october 2000.
Short particulars
All the right, title, and interest of the company in and to (1). any and all monies and claims for money due or to become due to the company with respect to the actual or constructive or agreed or arranged or compromised total loss of the vessel or the requisition for title or other compulsory acquisition of the vessel or the capture, seizure, arrest, detention or confiscation of the vessel by any government or by persons acting or purporting to act on behalf of any government and all claims for damages or compensation with respect to any such loss, requisition, acquisition or other event and (2). all policies and contracts of insurance, all entries on a protection and indemnity or war risks association or club, during the subsistence of the assignment be taken out in respect of the vessel, her freights, disbursements, profits or otherwise and all the benefits thereof including all claims of whatsoever nature and returns of premiums.
