Amount secured
The principal sum of forty three million united states dollars (USD43,000,000) of which fifty per cent (50%) shall be denominated in euro and any other sums whatsoever owned by the company to the chargee under a loan agreement dated 16 october 2000.
Short particulars
All the right, title, and interest of the company in and to (1). the benefit of a time charter in respect of the vessel dated 8 september 2000 any and all monies and claims for money due or to become due to the company thereunder and (2). all freights hire moneys net salvage, towage remuneration , demurrage, detention moneys, damages and other earnings in respect of the vessel, all monies and claims for money whatsoever due and/or to become due to the company in connection with the employment or use of the vessel.
