Brief description
2.1 the company hereby covenants with the security trustee (as agent and trustee for the beneficiaries) on demand to pay, discharge and perform the secured liabilities when due. As security for the payment, discharge and performance of the secured liabilities, the company, with full title guarantee, hereby charges to the security trustee as trustee for the beneficiaries:. 2.1.1 by way of first fixed charge, all estates or interests in any freehold and leasehold property of the company now and in the future vested in the company (including, for the avoidance of doubt, 211 droylsden road, newton heath, manchester M40 1NY (title number: GM11563)), together with all buildings, fixtures (including trade fixtures) and fixed plant and machinery from time to time on that property and vested in the company and all its rights, title and interest in and to any proceeds of insurance of such property;. 2.1.3 by way of first fixed charge, all intellectual property rights, choses in action and claims now and in the future belonging to the company;.
