All monies due or to become due from the company to the chargee under the terms of the aforementioned instrument creating or evidencing the charge
Short particulars
All the monies from time to time standing to the credit of the debt service reserve account, the major maintenance reserve account, the project reserve account, the revenue account the construction account (as described in the loan facilities agreement between the company and the senior lender dated 31 may 2002) and any other account from time to time opened by the company in relation to the lancashire fire stations pfi project ("the accounts") and the debts represented thereby and all entitlements to interest and other rights and benefits accruing to or arising in connection with the accounts.
