In favour of the chargee all moneys, obligations and liabilities from time to time due, owing or incurred under or pursuant to: (a) a facility agreement dated 6TH august 1999, as that agreement may from time to time be amended, varied, novated, supplemeted or replaced; or (b) the debenture; (c) a subordination deed dated 6TH august 1999; and any and all other mortgages, charges, guarantees and other instruments from time to time entered into by the company and/or any subsidiary by way of guarantee and/or the security in respect of amounts owed to the agent or other banks as may be, from time to time, party to the above documents
