With full title guarantee and to the intent that the security created shall rank as a continuing security for all the respective liabilities and obligations assigns to thompson absolutely (until such time as the company shall have procured the discharge of all obligations and liabilities thereby covenanted to be paid and thefirstresort operations limited no longer has the benefit of the abta bond) all its right, title, benefit and interest in the deposit bank account (account number 10100371) with the royal bank of scotland PLC (sort code 16-00-30) whatsoever present and future (including any renewed or substituted deposits) in whatsoever currency denominated, (except for all interest and other accruals accrued and accruing thereon which shall be credited to another account of the company) and any certificates of deposit, deposit receipts or other instruments or securities relating thereto, the company thereby covenanted with thompson that it will, in the event of any call upon the abta bond, upon written demand, repay to thompson a sum equal to the amount called upon or paid by thompson pursuant to the abta bond.
