The unpaid principal of and interest on the terms loans, revolving credit advances, ancillary outstanding and reimbursement obligations (each as defined) and all other obligations and liabilities of the borrowers (as defined) and any other member of the group (as defined) including interest accruing in the manner provided in the facilities agreement (as defined) to the security trustee (as defined) or any other finance party (as defined) (or in the case of any hedge agreement (as defined) any affiliate of any bank (as defined) due or to become due under or in connection with the facilities agreement, the guarantee and collateral agreement, the other finance documents (as defined), any letter of credit (as defined) , any hedge agreement or any other document and all obligations and liabilities of each grantor (as defined) which may arise under or in connection with the guarantee and collateral agreement or any finance document, to which the grantor is a party to the security trustee or to any other finance party
