All monies obligations and liabilities whatsoever due owing or incurred by the borrower and thames credit limited to the creditors under the terms of the finance documents or to the security trustee under the security trust deed dated 15TH august 2000 or in any other manner whatsoever together with any monies covenanted to be paid under the deed

All the company's right title benefit and interest in and to the "charged property" and "derivative assets" where charged property means the property and rights of the chargor which are the subject of any security created or purported to be created by the deed and derivative assets all stocks shares warrants or other securities rights dividends, interest or other property, where shares mean (a) all the issued shares in thames credit limited (2 ordinary shares with an aggregate nominal value of £2) b).
