All present and future obligations and liabilities of the borrower (as hereinafter defined) to the chargee in respect of the loan (as hereinafter defined) (including interest and break costs relating thereto) or of hfp (as hereinafter defined) or the company in relation to any finance document (as hereinafter defined) together with (in all cases) all costs,charges and expenses incurred by the chargee in the protection,preservation and enforcement of its rights in relation thereto

All its right,title and interest in and to: (I) all present and future minimum revenue entitlement (as hereinafter defined); (ii) the guarantee (as hereinafter defined) (iii) any and all substitute bank guarantees,letters of credit or deposits which may at any time be provided to the company as contemplated by the guarantee (as hereinafter defined).floating charge all its present and future undertaking and assets.
