Amount secured
1. all monies and liabilities whatsoever from time to time due, owing or payable, present or future, by the issuer; (a) to the order of the trustee and/or any receiver under the deed of charge, the trust deed and the conditions; (b) under or in respect of the notes and the coupons; and (c) to the trustee on any account whatsoever arising under any of the transaction documents; 2. all monies and liabilities whatsoever from time to time due, owing or payable to the interest rate swap counterparty and the basis swap counterparty under the interest rate swap agreement, the basis swap agreement and/or the deed of charge on any account whatsoever; 3. all monies and liabilities whatsoever from time to time due, owing or payable to the administrator under the administrator agreement and/or the deed of charge on any account whatsoever; 4. all monies and liabilities whatsoever from time to time due, owing or payable to britannia under the subordinated loan agreement and/or the deed of charge on any account whatsoever; 5. all monies and liabilities whatsoever from time to time due, owing or payable to MAS2 in respect of amounts of deferred consideration payable under each of the mortgage sale agreements subject to the provisions of schedule 2 of the administration agreement and/or the deed of charge on any account whatsoever

In relation to the MAS2 mortgages all right title and interest in the right to receive all moneys payable under such MAS2 mortgages the benefit of the MAS2 mortgages and other related security, the related properties vested in MAS2, all accrued interest and all arrears of interest, life policies, third party buildings policies, insurance contracts, all securities, etc and in relation to the verso mortgages all right title and interest of MAS1 and MAS2 in the verso loans and their related security, the relted properties, all interest and all arrears of interest, the third party buildings policies in respect of the verso loans, the insurance contracts etc. see the mortgage charge document for full details.
