In favour of royal exchange trust company limited and any other person acting as the securities trustee or the securities trustees pursuant to the opus 1 deed of charge and as trustee for the class a noteholders, the class b noteholders and the class c noteholders pursuant to the trust deed, the aggregate of all moneys and other liabilities for the time being due or owing by the company (I) to the securities trustee or receiver, the class a noteholders, the class a couponholders (if any), the class b noteholders, the class b couponholders (if any), the class c noteholders and the class c couponholders (if any) under or pursuant to the trust deed, the opus 1 deed of charge, the class a notes, the class b notes, the class c notes, the paying agency and agent bank agreement or to the swap counterparty under or pursuant to the interest rate exchange agreement and the swap transaction entered into pursuant thereto and the opus 1 deed of charge (ii) to the opus 1 administrator under the opus 1 administration agreement and the opus 1 deed of charge, (iii) to the standby opus 1 administrator under the opus 1 administration agreement and the opus 1 deed of charge, (iv) to the expenses facility provider under the expenses facility agreement and the opus 1 deed of charge, and (v) to the subordinated loan provider under the subordinated loan agreement and the opus 1 deed of charge
