Amount secured
All present and future obligations and liabilities of the company to the chargee of any kind and in any currency (whether present or future, actual or contingent and whether incurred alone or jointly with another and whether as principal, surety or cautioner) and including all its liabilities and obligations under the charge and under any other finance document (including the existing facility agreement and the facility agreement) and/or the deed or document supplemental thereto, including without limitation, all obligations to indemnify the chargee ("the secured liabilities").
