Amount secured
All money and liabilities as a result of the company's:- (a) covenant that it will on demand in writing made in accordance with the terms of the mezzanine facilities agreement to it by the chargee pay or discharge to the chargee all money and liabilities now or in the future due, owing or incurred in any manner to the chargee by such company; and (b) covenant and guarantee that it will on demand in writing made to it by the chargee pay or discharge to the chargee all money and liabilities now or in the future due, owing or incurred in any manner to the chargee by any other charging company except as a guarnator for the company (the "secured sums")
