The chargor unconditionally and irrevocably undertakes to each of the chargees that it receives the proceeds of a distribution in the contravention of the common terms agreement, the agreement or the accounts agreement holds the proceeds of that distribution on trust for each of the chargees and immediately pay those proceeds to, or to the order of, each of the chargees.
