All floating rate interest on the loan from time to time outstanding to the chargee under the terms of a finance contract dated 29TH april 1997 to the extent that the amount of interest payable is attributable to the prevailing floating rate of interest thereunder being in excess of 15% per annum (together with all claims, demands and damages for breach of such obligation)

By way of first fixed charge all its right title and interest in the agreements set out below the account set out below and any further account opened pursuant to the credit support deed described below. 1. the isda master agreement dated 29/4/97 made between the company and morgan stanley capital services inc. "Mscsi") together with the confirmation entered into pursuant thereto in respect of a nominal amount of £22,000,000 (amortising) for payments to be made to the company by mscsi to the extent that the floating rate of interest therin referred to from time to time exceeds 15% per annum..
