Amount secured
In favour of the chargee the aggregate of all moneys and other liabilities for the time being due or owing by the company (I) to the securities trustee, the class a noteholders, the class a couponholders (if any), the class b noteholders, the class b couponholders (if any), the certificateholders and the certificate couponholders (if any) under or purusuant to the deed of charge, the security interest agreement, the class a notes, the class b notes, the certificates, the paying agency agreement and the agent bank agreement, (ii) to hfc under the receivables sale agreement and the deed of charge, (iii) to the credit manager under the credit management agreement and the deed of charge, (iv) to the standby credit manager under the credit management agreement and the deed of charge, (v) to the facility provider under the facility agreement and the deed of charge, (vi) to the swap counterparty under the interest rate exchange agreement and the deed of charge, and (vii) to the subordinated loan provider under the subordinated loan agreement and the deed of charge (the "obligations")
Short particulars
All the issuer's right title interest and benefit present and future in under and pursuant to the trust constituted by the declaration of the trust including without limiting the generality of the foregoing all principal receivables comprised in issuer trust interest..
