All moneys and other liabilities due from the investor (as defined) to (I) the investor security trustee or the issuer security trustee pursuant to the investor note issuance and purchase agreement,the investor notes,the investor deed of charge; (ii) to the funding credit manager or the standby funding credit manager under the funding credit management agreement and the investor deed of charge; (iii) to the investor credit manager and the standby investor credit manager under the investor credit management agreement and the investor deed of charge; (iv) to the P2 seller under the warranty deed,the repurchase agreement and the investor deed of charge and various other agreements (all terms as defined)
