By way of a first fixed charge all the chargor's right title and interest in and to; all copies of the of the picture and of any such other film and sound recordings, all sums from time to time standing to the credit of the chargor in all production accounts for the picture. All other rights and properties, the proceeds of any or all of the foregoing. By way of assignment the picture rights, all the copyrights, the benefit of all revenues accruing to the chargor.
