Amount secured
The obligations of the company to the chargee in respect of the relevant fees as that term is defined in the warehouse facility agreement (the "warehouse facility agreement obligations") and all obligations of the company (whether actual or contingent, present or future) to the chargee under the working capital facility agreement (the "working capital facility agreement obligations")
Short particulars
The company assigns all of its rights and benefits under the custody agreement. Charges all its rights title and interest in and to the charged securities and all sums payable or which may become payable in respect of the charged securities. Assigns all of its rights title and interest in and to the ordinary deferred consideration and the special deferred consideration pursuant to the mortgage sale agreement and assigns all of its rights title and interest in the start-up loan and all sums payable or to become payable under the start-up loan in respect of interest principal and all other payments due to the company thereunder.
